Bryant Cattle Company is nestled in what was once called Oklahoma Territory, just north of the South Canadian river surrounded by huge red bluffs and deep curvy valleys with lush bottoms. Back in the late 1800's longhorn cattle flourished here along the Great Western Trail heading to Dodge City Kansas. Once making the long journey, the longhorns would climb aboard trains heading back east to feed an ever-growing country. Lots of history in this area. Stories of the Dalton gang, Bonnie and Clyde, General Custer, folks running moonshine and gold hidden along the river...
Today we have Texas Longhorn cattle grazing these hills and valleys again. The breed has changed over the years but the love of good, productive cattle still and will always remain here.
